We were preparing our home for sale and needed some painting, patching, etc. done. We asked around and were fortunate to find Lou. We called and set up a time for him to look at the job and he showed up on time as promised. Other contractors I have called in the past have not always been so considerate. After we showed Lou what we needed he gave us an estimate for the cost of the job which I thought was fair and reasonable. We agreed on a day for the work to be done and again he arrived on time. He did a wonderful job and was even able to match a paint color perfectly for some areas that needed touch-up work. He also made a drywall repair to an area in the kitchen and it looks great. If you need some work done around the house I would highly recommend you give Lou a call.

In January of 2016, my wife and I hired Lou to repair drywall settling cracks in several rooms and repaint the ceilings. Lou came out to our home and took down all of the information; the work we wanted performed and took copious measurements. He followed up with a detailed quote for the requested work.
We agreed to a start date and time and Lou showed up early with all necessary tools and materials to begin. During the process of patching the drywall and painting, Lou took great care to ensure the floors were covered with drop cloths, furniture was either moved or protected with plastic, and took care of protect door knobs/ wall lights etc.
After each day of work, Lou and his team cleaned up their tools and materials and vacuumed the flooring and carpet. The project was completed on time and on budget and we could not be happier with the quality of the work. Lou and his team showed up on time, completed the requested work very well and were very respectful of our time, needs and home. We highly recommend Lou.

We find it difficult sometimes to find good reliable fairly -priced repair work here on the Island. We learned of Lou from a simple bu siness card posted in the common area of our condo
complex.
We needed a repair to one of our kitchen cabinets, gave Lou a call, and he promptly came out
and gave us what we thought to be a very fair estimate. The next day he arrived on schedule and completed the repair. It actually took him a little longer than expected but he lived up to his estimate. If we need repairs while we are gone from our unit, Lou will manage the repairs that need to be made.
